PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI RELIGIUS MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN KHAT KALIGRAFI DI MAN 1 KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

In Islam religious learning is an important foundation in shaping individual character. Education in the Islamic world has a very important role in shaping personality. One of them can be implanted through learning calligraphy. This study discusses how to learn calligraphy, how to instill religious values in learning calligraphy, and how to evaluate itplanting religious values in learning calligraphy. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Malang Regency. By using a qualitative case study method. The results showed that calligraphy learning was carried out on a scheduled basis under the guidance of experienced teachers, using demonstration and drill methods to provide a platform for gifted students. In this study the method of habituation and instilling the values of discipline, patience, persistence, loving the Qur'an, getting used to praying both before and after activities and starting something with basmalah.The supporting factors for this calligraphy learning activity are the facilities and full support from the madrasah, while the inhibiting factors are the limited learning time and the laziness of students.In the results of observations made by educators in evaluating non-tests during learning calligraphy students get two values, namely moral values and religious values in accordance with what is instilled.
