This school is one of the schools that prioritizes efforts to implement character building, which can be seen in one of the contents of this school's vision, namely the realization of religious and moral people with the mission of developing the appreciation and practice of religious teachings so that they are able to become a generation that is knowledgeable in practice. In this school there are various types of student character backgrounds that can be seen from the student's domicile, family, parental support, infrastructure, and environmental conditions. The purpose of this study is to describe planning for the implementation of Character Building in the PAI learning process at Baitul Makmur Islamic Middle School, To describe the process of implementing Character Building in the PAI learning process at Baitul Makmur Islamic Middle School, To describe the evaluation of the implementation of Character Building in the PAI learning process at Baitul Makmur Islamic Middle School .The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of case study research, which uses data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were curricula waka, PAI teachers, tahfidz and tahsin teachers, as well as students. The data analysis technique used is Miles, Huberman. The results of the study showed that there were groupings or divisions of classes and there were several class classifications, namely tahfidz class, tahsin class I, and class tahsin II. The implementation of character building at Baitul Makmur Islamic Middle School uses religious values, namely through tahfidz and tahsin activities with the yanbu'a method, to apply religious values that are applied in schools
