This study aims to explain the implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling moral values through the habit of reading Asmaul Husna at SMAN 1 Kedungpring. This research is descriptive qualitative, meaning that the writer explains the research objectively to produce accurate results. The use of this research approach is adapted to the important main objective, namely to describe the cultivation of moral values through the habit of reading Asmaul Husna. based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of the reading of asmaul husna is read every morning and the cultivation of moral values has been carried out properly at SMAN 1 Kedungpring. students have applied moral values and practiced the meaning of lafadz asmaul husna and apart from that there are supporting factors such as the role of the teacher, the activeness of students participating in these activities and infrastructure suggestions. Then the inhibiting factor is the lack of student discipline and many students chatting alone in class.
