INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI KEDISIPLINAN SISWA BIDANG PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMP NEGERI 5 KARANGPLOSO
Abstract
Internalization of student disciplinary values by Islamic Religious Education teachers is needed in disciplining students, so that quality learning processes can be fulfilled, and school quality can be increased. In the related internalization process there is coaching for students which includes: the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage and the value transternalization stage. At the internalization stage, the steps include: listening, responding, organization characterization. In this study using descriptive qualitative research. Because researchers want to conduct in-depth research through searching data for subjects or information so that researchers can clearly describe the situation regarding the internalization of the disciplinary values of students in the field of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Karangploso. This type of research used is a case study using primary and secondary data sources. The techniques in collecting research data include: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data condensation, data display, and data verification (withdrawal of data). Checking the validity of the data using extended observations and triangulation. Planning carried out by PAI teachers in internalizing the disciplinary values of students in the field of Religious Education learning is carried out by planning before starting new teachings with learning achievement programs, lesson plans, class attendance and attendance for religious activities, statute books, and assessment plan programs (kurtilas). Student disciplinary values that are internalized by PAI teachers are moral, character, and religious values. PAI teachers conduct student evaluations at the end of learning, joint evaluation programs and concurrent assessment programs planned at the beginning of the semester.
