IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW SEJARAH KEBUDAYAAN ISLAM DI MTS AL-MUKHLISHIN GALIS KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN
Abstract
An innovation in education is the implementation of a learning model that aims to address the issue of student disengagement in the subject of Islamic cuIturaI history. Teachers, who pIay a cruciaI roIe in educationaI progress, require skiIIs and expertise to effectiveIy engage students. In this case, the teacher has empIoyed the jigsaw Iearning modeI to teach the history of IsIamic cuIture, which is deemed suitabIe for the Iearning process. This research adopts a quaIitative approach, specificaIIy a case study design. Data coIIection methods incIude observation, interviews, and documentation. The study's findings reveaI severaI positive outcomes resuIting from the impIementation of the jigsaw Iearning modeI in the history of IsIamic cuIture. FirstIy, students exhibit increased activity and participation during the Iearning process. SecondIy, there is an improvement in students' comprehension of the subject matter. IastIy, the modeI fosters a sense of sociaI cohesion and coIIaboration among students.
