STRATEGI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGAKAN KARAKTER RELIGIUS MELALUI KEGIATAN KEAGAMAAN DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGRI BATU
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the development, execution, and assessment of the principal's program for strengthening students' religious character through religious activities at MTsN Batu in Batu City. This is a descriptive qualitative study, which means that the writer explains the research objectively in order to create accurate results. The object of this research method have been adjusted to the major objectives, which are to explain the principal's plan for establishing religious character through religious activities at MTs N Batu in Malang City. Based on the results of this research, it is possible to conclude that the principal's strategic planning for establishing religious character through religious activities at MTs N Batu has been effective. This religious activity is carried out in accordance with the plan that has been established. Religious practices that are carried out routinely in schools have been taught to students. When doing an evaluation, the school does not just replace it with a newer, enhanced program.
