PERAN GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA MELALUI ORGANISASI ROHANI ISLAM (ROHIS) DI SMKN 4 MALANG
Abstract
The role of Islamic religious education teachers in shaping the religious character of students through the Islamic Spiritual organization at SMKN 4 Malang. The researcher acts as an active instrument using a qualitative approach and a type of case study research. In collecting data, researchers used data triangulation techniques. The role of PAI and spiritual teachers in shaping the religious character of students is to guide students in forming religious character, forming religious character through spiritualism, accompanying students in preparing and implementing spiritual programs, being a role model in carrying out religious activities. Disseminate religious information to students, become role models in their respective classes, accompany the development of students' religious character with spiritual programs. For the driving factors, namely the existence of adequate facilities such as mosques, a multipurpose field (Labana) as a gathering place for students, good cooperation between ustadz, student assistants and school principals, spiritual concern and sensitivity, spiritual activity programs that are in accordance with student character development. The inhibiting factors are poorly maintained worship facilities, students are addicted to playing games on mobile phones, lack of student attention..
