PENERAPAN METODE REWARD AND PUNISHMENT DALAM PEMBENTUKAN AKHLAK PESERTA DIDIK
Abstract
Reward is a representative educational tool of pleasure and excite or encourage learners to do something better and worthwhile especially for lazy children and to perform poorly. Punishment is one of the educational instruments for the functional qualities of students who are both troubled and achieving. The purpose of this assessment is to describe the application of reward and punishment in the high-value development of middle-school students bayt al-the lesson of the trade, describing the types used in the method of punishment and punishment for the subjective method of punishment and punishment for the implementation of the method of punishment and punishment In providing reward and punishment educators is expected to do it fairly, not discriminate against class status, and no retaliatory punishment can harm learners. The results of the method of punishment and punishment used in junior high school are found to be quite effective in the development of learners, since many of the trainees prefer to do their jobs and do better than they will be punished later.
