Proper readiness in learning process is a good factor for student. This will also give a great respond that would make a student become active in class and bring the class alive. The purpose of this research is to describe the level of student activeness in learning fiqih, to identify the result between the relationship between readiness of student in learning fiqih and student activeness for learning fiqih in VIII grade MTs Yayasan Muallimin Muallimat (YASMU) Manyar Gresik. The result of this research is showing that the score of learning readiness is 27 students with 38,6% percentage is categorized enough, and for the 33 students with 47,1% is categorized enough. The result of the hypothesis showing that the t score >t then 0,757 > 0,235. Then Ha accepted and Ho rejected that is there are relationship the relationship between readiness of student in learning fiqih Mts. Yayasan Muallimin Muallimat (Yasmu) Manyar Gresik for VIIIth Grade.
