Abstract

The competence of teacher professionalism in the process of organizing education becomes something very important, it is because teachers as the main actors who play a strategic role in education, In the teaching and learning process, the teacher becomes the determining factor.  Based on initial observations at MTs TMI Pujon, researchers found that the teacher's professional competence was not good, based on findings The use of media, tools, and learning is used in online learning. Resources used by teachers looks sober and learning activities seem perfunctory, the direct impact is seen that students' learning interest is very low with indicators that appear to be a lack of response shown by students in the group class This research uses case study research with techniques in data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that there are at least two indicators that are met by PAI teachers at MTs TMI Pujon. Teachers Learning planning is carried out regularly and in accordance with existing regulations and professional competency development is carried out by teachers by reflecting on performance and participating in trainingOne indicator that has not been fulfilled is the stages of implementing learning that are not in accordance with the plans that have been made so that in learning activities, especially online, the quality is very minimal.
