PROBLEMATIKA MENGHAFAL AL QUR’AN BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH ALIYAH MU’ALLIMAT MALANG

Abstract

The researchers are interested in investigating more deeply with the following objectives: 1) Knowing the process of memorizing the Qur'an for students in improving academic achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimat Malang. 2) Knowing the problems of memorizing the Qur'an for students in improving academic achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimat Malang. 3) Knowing solutions to overcome the problems of memorizing the Qur'an for students in improving academic achievement at Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimat Malang. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative research method with the type of case study research. The results of the study show that first, the process of students memorizing the Qur'an is setting intentions, following tahsin, reading by looking at the manuscripts, looking for teachers with clear scientific chains, making memorization targets. As for the second, the problems in memorizing the Qur'an for students are lazy, there are still many who are not fluent in reading the Qur'an, lazy to repeat rote memorization, cannot divide time, environmental factors, the influence of cellphones and, old-fashioned disorders. And thirdly, the solutions found from the results of the research are to multiply the memorization, improve the reading of the Qur'an, be self-aware not to do things that are less useful, pump up the spirit to be more active in memorizing the Qur'an, and choose friends. which does not bring badness to our memorization.
