STRATEGI.GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM PADA MASA.PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SMA NEGERI 9 MALANG

Abstract


This.research departs from.the strategy/that teachers use in.carrying out .learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely.distance learning (PJJ) so that it can run effectively, efficiently, and optimally and can take place well.This.study aims to describe teacher strategies.in.PAI.learning during the.Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 9 Malang. (1) Describe teacher planning.in PAI learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 9 Malang. (2) Describe the implementation of teachers in PAI learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 9 Malang. (3) Describe the evaluation of teachers in PAI learning during.the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 9 Malang.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were three teachers of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, informants of the waka curriculum. Data collection techniques: observation, documentation and interviews. Data validation technique: triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques: data reduction (data selection), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the study show that: teacher learning strategies: (a) Strategic planning: teachers make lesson plans (RPP) in accordance with the online learning syllabus during the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of learning methods is centered on online methods through material sent by the teacher. The learning media used are multimedia-based in the form of powerpoint modules and communication media for the Efront platform, whatsapp group, Zoom and google classroom. (b) The implementation of the strategy is carried out in the form of delivering material, the teacher conveys the material sequentially from the easiest material, to maximize student acceptance of the material presented by the teacher, the teacher also uses teaching methods that are in accordance with the material and uses the media as a tool in teaching and learning. material delivery. (c) Evaluation and assessment: evaluation forms in the form of written tests, oral tests, and task tests through the Efront Platform, google forms and assessments in the form of giving assignments by PAI teachers.
