PERAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA MELALUI PROGRAM TADARUS AL-QUR’AN DI SMAI NU PUJON

Abstract


The Qur'anic tadarus program is one of the activities that if carried out regularly can create discipline in a person. Like the activities in SMAI NU Pujon where a teacher tries to cultivate the disciplined nature of his students by tadarus al-Qur'an which is carried out before the teaching and learning process takes place. With this background, this research has a research focus, namely to find out how the role of a teacher in the formation of disciplined traits in students through the Al-Qur'an tadarus program at SMAI NU Pujon. By using a qualitative approach and using the type of case study research, namely the data collected in the form of pictures, written or spoken words from the people observed, this research is not in the form of numbers and not statistical data. From the results of observations and interviews that researchers have done, researchers found positive results from the program, in addition to increasing student discipline, this program can increase students' piety, and help students in launching and reciting the reading of the qur’an.
