PERAN GURU SEBAGAI KOMUNIKATOR DAN FASILITATOR DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 06 DAU MALANG
Abstract
The role of a teacher as a communicator and facilitator in the learning process of islamic religious Education, especially how the teacher creates a pleasant learning atmosphere, an interactive learning process, develops the potential possessed by students, builds the mental and personality of students and their skills. For the time being, the expected learning process activities are active, interactive, and participatory learning processes. In order to be able to pursue effectively, teachers must increase learning opportunities for students (both in quantity and quality). Learning opportunities can be increased by involving students in the learning process. From the teacher, students can have the transfer of knowledge and understanding that is expected for their development. The teacher is the highest facilitator in the school whose function is to develop, explore, and optimize the potential that exists in students so that they are able to become part of a civilized society. The various roles that the teacher carries for the student development process are the main tasks of his profession. Therefore, the teacher's approach in communicating with students will determine the outcome of the communication. In this section is communication in conveying various knowledge during learning. Teachers must know the characteristics of their students, so that teachers can convey learning well.
