   The aim of this research is to determine the planning of the production management subsystem, human resource management subsystem, financial management subsystem and marketing management subsystem. This research was carried out at CV Damarayu which is located on Jalan Sonotengah, Kebonagung Village, Pakısajı District, Malang Regency. Method for collecting information samples from respondents in company organizations. This social situation can be stated as a research object that wants to be known. The data collection method used consists of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in the research was carried out qualitatively. Qualitative analysis was carried out based on descriptive methods in the form of production management subsystems, human resource management subsystems, financial management subsystems, marketing management subsystems at CV. Damarayu To find out the amount of costs in the company, use the R/C Ratio value, which is explained descriptively according to the data that researchers will obtain while conducting research at CV. Damarayu. The results of this analysis are presented in the form of writing and images that are appropriate to the research.
