Shallots are one of the horticultural subsectors that have high selling value and are well known to the Indonesian people. shallots are horticultural crops that have great potential in the culinary world both as seasonings, traditional medicines and industrial materials that are always needed by consumers. seeing the high demand but not balanced with the availability of supply, making the price often expensive and causing inflation. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions for shallots in households in Coban Blimbing Village, Wonorejo District, Pasuruan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted in February 2025. Sampling was done using simple random sampling with a sample of 100 housewives. Data analysis using logit model regression. The results showed that the factors that influence the decision to purchase shallots in households are shallot price, product quality, income, promotion or discount, number of family members. While factors that do not affect the influence of friends or family and education. Suggestions given for households are advised to consider price and quality factors in making purchasing decisions in order to get the best product as needed and the government is expected to pay more attention to price stabilization.
