Abstract


Abstract

Agriculture is very important for Indonesia, especially the horticultural sector. One of the leading horticultural commodities in Indonesia is potato (Solanum tuberosum L). This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of potato farming in Tosari Village, Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. This research was conducted from December 2024 to January 2025. The research method used is a quantitative research approach with survey techniques. The selection of Tosari village as the research location was done purposively. This study used a simple random sampling method with a sampling of 50 respondents using the Slovin method. The data analysis method used cost analysis, revenue, income and R/C Ratio. The results showed that the average profit that has been obtained by farmers amounted to 57,323,912/Ha/ Mt with an R/C Ratio of 1.74 where the R/C Ratio value > 1 means that the farm is efficient.
