KARAKTERISTIK SOSIAL EKONOMI PETANI PADI INPARI 31 DI DESA KLOTOK KECAMATAN PLUMPANG KABUPATEN TUBAN

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the socio-economic characteristics of rice farmers of the Inpari 31 variety in Klotok Village, Plumpang District, Tuban Regency. This research was conducted in March - May 2024 in Klotok Village, Plumpang District, Tuban Regency with the consideration that this location is an area that has great potential for rice production. The sampling technique used in this research is cluster sampling. Based on information from the Tani Manunggal Gapoktan, Klotok Village, the total number of farmers in Klotok Village is 84 people. If the population is <100, it is recommended that all be taken so that the research carried out is referred to as population research. In achieving the research objectives, it was carried out using tabulation based on the data that had been obtained. Based on the tabulation results, it is known that the majority of farmers are in the age range 41-50 and 51-60 years, the majority have completed elementary school education, the majority have farming experience of 21-30 years, the majority have family dependents of 3-4 people, the majority of respondents have an income > Rp. 4,000,000.
