Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the income and efficiency of shallot farming and determine the factors that influence the income of shallot farming in Pondok Kelor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. Research location in Pondok Kelor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The sampling technique used in this research is Random Sampling, namely using the Slovin formula. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is to look at income analysis data as well as efficiency and factors that influence farming income. Based on the tabulation results, the income from Red Onion Farming in the Pondok Kelor Village community averages IDR 190,709,230 per Ha/per harvest.
