EFISIENSI USAHATANI DAUN BAWANG (Alium fistulosum L.) DI DESA TEGALGONDO KECAMATAN KARANGPLOSO KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

Indonesia is a country whose temperature and climate conditions are very supportive of growth as a center for leek production. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency of leek farming in Tegalgondo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. Determining the research location was carried out purposively, namely Tegalgondo Village. The sampling method uses the census method. This method was used because the population was less than 100 respondents. So the researchers took 100% of the sample from the total population, namely 34 respondents. The research method used is farming efficiency analysis. From the results of research regarding the efficiency of leek farming in Tegalgondo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency, it was found that production costs were IDR 59,184,570/Ha/MT, the average total revenue from leek farming was IDR 170,132,091/Ha/MT and income leek farming is IDR 110,947,521/Ha/MT. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the R/C ratio of farming are 2.87, which means that the R/C ratio of leek farming in Tegalgondo Village is more than one, meaning that farming is profitable and worth running.
