Abstrak

Sanankerto Village, Turen District, Malang Regency is currently known as a tourist village and is one of the villages that has superior natural resource potential and has its own beauty. The aim of this research is to identify internal and external factors. Determining the research area was carried out purposively. Boon Pring experienced a decrease in visitors during August. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research carried out by means of observation and interviews via questionnaires. The data collection method uses primary data and secondary data. For data analysis, use SWOT analysis through the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategy) matrix, EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy), position matrix and SWOT matrix. The results of the research state that Boon Pring's internal factors have several strengths and weaknesses. Boon Pring's external factors have several opportunities and threats that exist in Boon Pring. The results of the position matrix analysis show that Boon Pring is in quadrant 1, so the strategy used is an aggressive strategy. Alternative strategies obtained through the results of the SWOT matrix analysis.
