PENGARUH MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING BERBANTUAN PETA KONSEP TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PKN SISWA KELAS V MI KHADIJAH MALANG

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model with the help of concept maps on the learning outcomes of Civic Education (PKN) of 5th grade students of MI Khadijah Malang. The background of this study is the importance of implementing innovative learning models that can improve students' understanding and involvement in the learning process, especially in Civic Education subjects that play a role in shaping character and national awareness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group design. The instrument used is a learning outcome test (pretest and posttest). The results of data analysis show a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the discovery learning model assisted by concept maps compared to classes that only use the discovery learning model. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the discovery learning model based on concept maps has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Civic Education of 5th grade students of MI Khadijah Malang
