IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN INKLUSI BERBASIS PENGEMBANGAN DIRI UNTUK ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH

Abstract


Inclusive learning based on self-development for children with special needs is the main foundation in creating an effective inclusive environment for children with special needs. Through a focus on personal and professional growth, this approach emphasizes the importance of understanding diversity, social skills, and collaboration between students and educators. Using qualitative methodology, including interviews, observations and case studies, this research examines various aspects of self-development as a basis for creating an inclusive educational environment. This research investigates how self-development principles increase educators' understanding of diversity, facilitate tailored learning strategies, and encourage collaboration among concerned parents. The data analysis technique uses tables from Millers and Hubermen, namely by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. These findings provide an understanding of the role of self-development in increasing empathy, social involvement, and personal growth in children with special needs. This research explains how a personalized teaching approach, rooted in personal development, can meet diverse learning styles and individual needs. Additionally, research highlights the collaborative nature of inclusive learning environments and their significance in establishing a supportive atmosphere for children with special needs.
