IMPLEMETASI GERAKAN LITERASI SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BACA SISWA KELAS IV DI MI NURUL HUDA 1 KOTA MALANG

Abstract

This research aims to find out the kinds of programs in the literacy movement in schools by increasing an interest in reading activities in students. The literacy movement in schools is a program that can improve the ability to read. This program will be the key to the formation of a noble culture, namely the school has rules for reading habits at MI Nurul Huda 1. The research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research uses a case study type. The data source uses a primary source and a secondary source. The technique for collecting the data uses observation, interviews with informants and documentation. Data analysis utilizes data in the form of condensation verification data presentation drawing conclusions. The validity of a data using techniques in triangulation and triangulation in sources. The results of his research show that the form of implementation of a literacy movement in schools is marked by the existence of a school library, which provides reading material to support the literacy movement in schools and the habit of reading every morning which is carried out for 15 minutes and the existence of displays and wall magazines in the classroom. and create in an environment that is rich in a lot of text.
