IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AUDIO VISUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN ALAM DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

The flow of globalization has increased and developed, it affected the education system. A big influence is given in the optimization that carrying out learning activities. However, it is not done by educators to optimize the learning process. Learning in a monotonous manner and less active communication between educators and students is affected by the lack of student motivation in learning. Through audio-visual learning media in Natural Sciences subjects provide detailed explanations and expand exploration to students. This certainly provides great opportunities for educators and students to be able to interact or be interactive, the learning delivered can also be active and efficient. The research method used in this research is classroom action research (CAR) using the spiral cycle method. Data collection techniques used qualitative (observation, field notes, and documentation) and quantitative using questionnaires. The results of an implementation of the research that has been carried out the results of teacher observations in the first cycle were 69.09 with the 'Less' criteria, while the second cycle was 92.72 with the 'Very Good' criteria. While the results of observations of student activity in cycle I had a total of 69.09 including the 'Less' criteria, and cycle II of 92.72 belonging to the 'Very Good' criteria. Questionnaire of student learning motivation Learning in cycle I am classified as 'High' criteria, namely 74.09%, while in cycle II, 88.23% are classified as 'Very High' criteria.
