KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM MENGELOLA KELAS PADAPEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK KELAS V MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DI MASA PANDEMI STUDI KASUS DI MI KHADIJAH MALANG
Abstract
In managing the class, MI Khadijah Malang's teacher first compiled the lesson plans. Then prepare learning media on certain materials. Like making Power point, learning videos on youtube. The strategy used by the teacher in managing the class is to use learning strategies learning model project based learning, inquiry, and learning media. This research was conducted in MI. Khadijah Malang which is intended to answer questions. How is class management planning carried out by teachers in thematic learning during the pandemic 1). How is the implementation of classroom management carried out by teachers in thematic learning during the pandemic 2). how are the results of the implementation of classroom management carried out by teachers in thematic learning during the pandemic 3). the approach used by the teacher in managing the class uses a student-centered approach. This study uses qualitative by using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research conducted showed that MI Khadijah Malang teachers used project-based learning model strategies, inquiry, and learning media were very effective to be applied in every lesson.
