STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK DI MASA PANDEMI PADA KELAS IVB DI MI AL-MA’ARIF 02 SINGOSARI
Abstract
This thesis is entitled the teacher's strategy in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. The focus of this research are: 1). What is the teacher's strategy in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari, 2). What are the obstacles faced by teachers in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. 3). How are the efforts made by teachers to face the obstacles found in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB at MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Singosari. Here the researcher acts as an observer. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the research obtained by researchers are learning strategies used by teachers in improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning during the pandemic in class IVB using lecture and question and answer strategies, then the obstacles faced by teachers are quite a lot such as time and place, cellphones and the difficulty of the internet network that can affect student learning outcomes. However, thematic teachers try to overcome these obstacles by conducting face to face learning once a week.
