ANALISIS MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH

Abstract


Mathematics learning is learning that is rarely liked by many students because it is known to be difficult and complicated, only students who have an interest want to learn it. Therefore, interest is said to be important in learning Mathematics, so it is necessary to analyze student interest in learning Mathematics at MI Roudlotun Nasyi'in. This study aims to 1) find out Mathematics learning at MI Roudlotun Nasyi'in. 2) students' interest in learning Mathematics. 3) supporting factors and inhibiting student interest in learning. a) inhibiting factors, consisting of parental support both at school and at home, motivation from teachers, and a comfortable and quiet learning environment. b) inhibiting factors, consisting of less attractive learning media, less varied learning methods, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure at MI Roudlotun Nasyi'in. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The subjects of this study were the school principal, Mathematics teacher and 5th grade students. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 1) Mathematics learning includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. 2) students' interest in learning is seen from the indikator s of attention, interest, involvement, diligent, diligent and disciplined, and has a study schedule. From these indikator s it is stated that the learning interest of grade 5 students is low, this is evidenced by observations and interviews of grade 5 students.  3) supporting factors and inhibiting student interest in learning. a) inhibiting factors, consisting of parental support both at school and at home, motivation from teachers, and a comfortable and quiet learning environment. b) inhibiting factors, consisting of less attractive learning media, less varied learning methods, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
