ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MELALUI SATISFACTION

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Organizational Trust and Organizational Culture on Employee Engagement through Satisfaction. The method used in sampling is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SPSS version 16. Based on the results of data analysis shows that Organizational Trust has a direct effect on Employee Engagement, while Organizational Culture has no direct effect on Employee Engagement. Satisfaction variable is able to mediate Trust and Organizational Culture of Employee Engagement The Satisfaction has no effect on Employee Engagement.
