MANAJEMEN PROGRAM MENGHAFAL AL-QUR’AN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MAHAROH QIROAH SANTRI PONDOK PESANTREN SABILURROSYAD MALANG

The Qur'an memorization program at the Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School in Malang is one of the flagship programs that aims to memorize the holy verses of the Qur'an and train students to read Arabic correctly and fluently. This research focuses on the management of the Qur'an memorization program at the pesantren, which is designed to improve students' Arabic reading skills. The main objective of this study is to explore how planning, implementation, and evaluation in this program contribute to the improvement of students' Arabic reading skills. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the planning of the memorization program at the Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School in Malang has been carried out well and sustainably, including the preparation of a clear curriculum and the setting of targets. The implementation of the program begins with reading and improving the reading of the Qur'an, followed by structured memorization. Evaluations are carried out periodically every semester to assess the progress of student memorization and teacher performance. In conclusion, the management of the Qur'an memorization program at the Sabilurrosyad Islamic Boarding School in Malang is effective in improving students' Arabic reading skills, with structured planning, implementation, and evaluation. However, improvements are still needed in terms of discipline and time management to achieve more optimal results.
