PENGGUNAAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KETERAMPILAN MENDENGAR BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI (ICT) PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN BAHASA ARAB UNIVERSITAS ISLAM MALANG

Learning listening skills is not an easy process that takes place without guidance, especially in teaching languages to non-native speakers. So learning needs to use a good learning model to achieve learning goals. The purpose of writing this thesis is to determine the use of ICT-based listening skills learning models for Arabic Language Education Students at the Islamic University of Malang, find out the obstacles faced and find out the right solution to overcome obstacles in the learning process. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The tools for using the data are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. With data sources from students, listening skills lecturers and heads of study programs.
           This research result several points as: 1) Learning listening skills in the Arabic Language Education study program at the Islamic University of Malang especially in the class of 2020 uses ICT media as a tool in the process of learning listening skills. The ICT media used include the Zoom Meeting, WhatsApp Group and the YouTube. 2) The obstacles faced in using ICT as a learning medium are network constraints and inadequate internet access and less effective use of ICT media. 3) The solution to facing obstacles in using ICT is to look for a good and stable network and to use other ICT media to anticipate if there are problems.
