Rekayasa Kualitas Kompos Brangkasan Kacang Tanah Dan Jerami Padi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Padi (Oryza sativa L.)

Abstract


Peanut stover is a residue of agricultural activities that are less utilized. Peanut residues are included in the high quality residue category because they have a C / N ratio of 16-20, so they are easily composted. This study aims to determine the effect of compost mixture of peanut stover and rice straw on the growth and yield of rice plants. The design used was RAK, with treatment (K1 = 100% peanut stover; K2 = 75% peanut stover + 25% rice straw; K3 = 50% peanut stover + 50% rice straw; K4 = 5% peanut stover + 75 % straw rice; K5 = 100% rice straw) plus NPK treatment and control. The results showed that compost mixture of peanut stover treatment K3 had an average variable growth of plant length of 108.73 cm2, number of leaves of 256.00 strands, number of tillers 48.17, total root length of 480.81, and grain weight of 10.03 tons ha-1 better than all treatments.
