PENGARUH APLIKASI PERLAKUAN MANAJEMEN ORGANIK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TIGA VARIETAS PADI GOGO
Abstract
People's need for rice as a staple food is increasing as the population increases so that productivity must always be fulfilled. However, the widespread use of chemical fertilizers and dry land that is not used is a factor in declining rice productivity. The use of chemical fertilizers on agricultural land over a long period of time causes the role of chemical fertilizers to be ineffective so that the yields obtained are decreasing. The way to increase productivity is to use organic fertilizers intensively because they can increase soil fertility and use high-yielding varieties. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of organic management treatment on the growth and yield of three varieties of upland rice. The design used in this study is a random Design Group (shelf) factorial consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the variety of Gogo rice varieties: Inpago 8 (V1), Inpago 12 (V2), and Inpago 13 Fortiz (V3). The second factor is the management of fertilization: inorganic fertilizer dosage recommendation (F1), organic fertilizer 5 kg/m2 cow dung + 1 kg/m2 biochar (F2), organic fertilizer vermicompost Solid 5 kg/m2 + 1 kg/m2 biochar (F3) and organic fertilizer nano vermicompost solution + 1 kg/m2 biochar (F4). The results of this study showed that the application of organic management has an effect on three varieties of gogo Rice, where Inpago 8 with inorganic fertilizer treatment according to dosage showed the best results but on the weight parameters of dry milled grain per clump, treatment using cow dung + biochar (F2) and treatment using solid vermicompost + biochar (F3) on Inpago 12 varieties showed the same high potential as inorganic treatment on Inpago 13 Fortiz varieties.
