PENGARUH INTERVAL PENGGUNAAN SONIC BLOOM DENGAN PUPUK CAIR COMPOST TEA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BEBERAPA VARIETAS KEDELAI (Glycine max (L.) Merril)
Abstract
Soybean is an agricultural commodity that must be fulfilled independently to meet food needs by utilizing local varieties and developing rural resources because so far soybeans are still imported to meet Indonesia's needs. High market needs and demands have made soybeans in demand by many people, especially entrepreneurs for soybean-based products, but in Indonesia itself, soybean-based products have experienced quite high price increases. One effort to increase the productivity of soybean plants that has proven successful is the application of sonic bloom technology. Sonic bloom is a technology that combines exposure to sound waves with a frequency of 3,500 – 5,000 Hz followed by the application of liquid fertilizer through the leaves which can stimulate the opening of stomata so that it can increase the efficiency of absorbing organic fertilizers through the leaves. Compost tea is compost that is extracted with water and then added with various kinds of nutrients to increase microbial activity. Compost tea increases microbial activity in accelerating nutrient availability and accelerating the composting process. This research was conducted in the Technopark greenhouse, Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University, Malang, which was held from July to November 2022. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK). The first factor is the interval for using sonic bloom which consists of 3 levels, namely I5 (interval for using sonic bloom every 5 days), I10 (interval for using sonic bloom once for 10 days) and I15 (interval for using sonic bloom once for 15 days). The second factor was a variety consisting of 3 levels, namely VA (Anjasmoro Variety), VD (Dega 1 Variety) and VM (Mallika Variety). There were 9 treatment combinations, repeated 3 times and each treatment combination had 4 samples. This study aims to determine the productivity of soybean varieties using sonic bloom technology with compost tea liquid fertilizer. The interaction between the use of sonic bloom intervals using POC compost tea with a variety of soybean varieties gave a significant effect on the growth of soybean plants with the best results for the Anjasmoro variety using the sonic bloom interval every 10 days, the Dega 1 variety using the sonic bloom interval every 5 days and the Mallika variety using sonic bloom interval every 15 days, meanwhile the yield and yield components of soybean plants gave the best results for the Anjasmoro variety using the sonic bloom interval every 15 days, the Dega 1 variety using the sonic bloom interval every 5 days and the Mallika variety using the sonic bloom interval. sonic bloom every 10 days.
