PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PEMUPUKAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TIGA VARIETAS PADI GOGO
Abstract
The use of inorganic fertilizers alone does not guarantee maximum results because in fact the continuous accumulation of chemical residues can actually cause loss of organic matter in the soil, soil degradation, and loss of microorganisms which cause a decrease in soil productivity if not offset by the use of organic fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of application of fertilizer management on the growth of three varieties of upland rice. This experiment used a factorial randomized block design. Factor 1 was a variety consisting of three levels, namely: V1 (Inpago 8), V2 (Inpago 12), and V3 (Inpago 13 Fortiz). Factor 2 is fertilizer management which consists of four levels, namely: P1 (recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer), P2 (half the recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer + cow dung), P3 (half the recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer + solid vermicompost) and P2 (half of the recommended inorganic fertilizer recommended dose + nanovermicompost solution). The variables observed were growth variables. The data obtained were analyzed for variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level. If there is a significant effect, proceed with the 5% BNJ test. The results showed that in general the V3P1 (Inpago 13 Fortiz with recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer) and V3P2 (Inpago 13 Fortiz with half the recommended dose of inorganic fertilizer and cow dung) treatment gave a good response to the growth of upland rice.
