Abstract

 

This study entitled the effect of Liquidity, Solvency, Profitability, on Company Value in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, on Company Value in the Food and Beverage Sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The independent variables in this study are Liquidity, Profitability, Solvability. While the dependent variable is Company Value. The sampling method used purposive sampling, which used samples with company criteria that presented financial statements during the 2017-2020 observation year and included variables and companies that were included in the main board. From several predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 10 companies in the food and beverage sector. The research data is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the food and beverage sector which is accessed through www.idx.id. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression test. The results of the interpretation of this study indicate that Solvency and Profitability have a significant effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Liquidity does not have a significant effect on Company Value.
